one of the UK's most advanced technical infrastructures to ensure that once

It is with this aim that we have decided to introduce to you a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to emphasise the importance we place in server uptime. Server uptime, flexibility and resilience are three of the most important elements to our service and we believe that the introduction of this SLA will not only benefit you but also help us to aspire to greater service levels. For each hour of network Downtime outside of this SLA we will give 1 day's credit for hosting to a maximum of 100% of your monthly hosting costs credited per calendar month.
