Description
We are seeking bright, highly motivated, self-starters, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our sales team. The primary responsibilities include responding to sales enquiries and developing new leads through targeted outbound calling. Must have the ability to respond under pressure while working to targets & deadlines, and be able to effectively communicate over the phone, via email and face-to-face.
Responsibilities
- Communication with new and existing clients via phone, email and face to face
- Advising on hosting solutions for shared and dedicated servers
- Being the first point of contact for existing client portfolio to advise of additional solutions
- Compiling and preparing quotations and tenders
- Liaising with the Infrastructure Department for bespoke solutions
- Updating and maintaining a customer database
Requirements
- 5 GCSEs at grade A-C (Including Maths/English)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Organised and highly motivated
- Good team-player, able to work internally and with clients
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets
- Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience, preferably in a technology environment
Desired Skills:
- General Internet skills
- Competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
